Make it possible for another worker to use what you learned.
Write from experience
Describe the work, the approximate setting, and the outcome. Say when a detail is an estimate. Label an opinion as your own.
Protect the people in the story
Leave out names, order numbers, addresses, phone numbers, license plates, and screenshots that identify customers or workers.
Disagree with care
Discuss the idea or the workflow. Personal attacks, harassment, discrimination, referral spam, and attempts to recruit or sell in the comments may be declined.
How moderation works
Comments are reviewed before publication. A comment may be held or declined if it exposes private details or breaks these guidelines.
