Will your catering bags qualify for DeliverThat?

Check the bags you already own against DeliverThat’s rules, then try a four-pan fit test before your first pickup.

Measure both bags

DeliverThat requires at least two insulated bags. Each must measure at least 20 × 12 × 12 inches and hold two full-size catering pans. Check each bag separately. A single large bag that holds four pans still leaves you one bag short. You can use equipment you already own if it meets the requirements. DeliverThat rules out logos from other delivery platforms and ordinary hard coolers. It accepts specialized professional hot food boxes.

Try four empty pans at home

Place two empty, lidded full-size pans in each bag. Close the bag, lift it by its handles, and put it on the level surface you’ll use in your vehicle. Check whether the opening catches a lid or the sides bow when you lift. A bag can look big enough until you try getting the top pan back out.

Prepare the verification photo

DeliverThat asks for one photo showing all the required bags open, with the insulation visible and your driver’s license in the frame. Use the submission instructions on its official equipment page. If you bought used DeliverThat-branded bags, the platform also asks for the previous contractor’s name or the original order number.
